Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Deposits:
We advise that all appointments with the duration of 45 minutes or over require a $50.00 deposit and any spa packages require a 50% deposit at time of booking. If paying by gift voucher, please quote your gift voucher number at time of booking.
- Cancellations:
We understand that unexpected situations arise and that you may be unable to attend your appointment. With this in mind, if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify our team at least 24 hours prior to your treatment, so we are able to accommodate other clients and rebook your appointment. Failure to notify our team at least 24 hours prior to your appointment or failure to show up to your appointment on the day, will regrettably result in the forfeit of any deposits and gift vouchers. If you have secured your appointment with a pre-paid treatment concession, the concession will be forfeited in the event of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours.
- Gift Vouchers Terms and Conditions:
Please note that lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers cannot be refunded or replaced. All gift vouchers have a strict 36 month expiry period from date of purchase and must be redeemed by this expiry date. Gift vouchers are considered a deposit for your booking.
Cancellation of a confirmed appointment within 24 hours or not showing for an appointment will result in a forfeit of your gift voucher.
