COVID-19 Update – We truly value your safety at The Beauty Base

On behalf of The Beauty Base, we hope that you have remained safe and well during this challenging time. We are beyond grateful for the support we have received, and we are so glad to be back in the salon!

We kindly request that you please support us in adhering to these guidelines and continue to maintain a safe social distance between yourself and others.

With current restrictions allowing for a limit of only one person (guests and staff) per 4 square metres, we kindly request that you please attend your booking alone, and refrain from bringing children along to your appointment as Government regulations will only allow for those that are booked in for an appointment to enter the treatment room.

We please ask, that on the day of your appointment if you are feeling unwell, regardless of the severity of your symptoms, that you please contact the salon and rebook your appointment.

We kindly request, that if you have had any direct contact with confirmed COVID-19 cases and/or hotspots that you please contact the salon prior to your booking time and reschedule your appointment if needed.

The waiting area will be in use only while we can maintain proper social distancing and any items that may be regularly touched, such as magazines and brochures will be removed. We do also ask that if you are interested in purchasing products, please wait for the assistance of a staff member who will be able to handle the items for you.

We will be displaying signage at the entryways and front desks of all our salons, which will inform our guests of all regulations and restrictions to be followed:

The Beauty Base staff will be adhering to the following COVID-19 Principles:

• Strict cleaning and sanitary requirements
• Conducting regular temperature checks on all staff and guest upon arrival
• Maintaining social distancing regulations.
• Enforcing regular hand washing/sanitation for both guests and staff
• Engaging in other High Standard Sanitisation Methods for Beauty Salons
• Our facilities have also been treated with a permanent anti-microbial coating that safely and continuously breaks down germs to help stop the transmission of infectious diseases.

Each staff member will also be assigned their own station/room to reduce the risk of cross interaction. All rooms and stations are being thoroughly sanitised in between bookings.

Staff will be present at all times with the sole responsibility of ensuring that staff and guests are adhering to all the guidelines stated, and that our salons do not exceed capacity.

We understand these are difficult times, and therefore we would like to thank you all for your continued support during the COVID-19 salon closures.
