DISPATCH

Our guest’s skincare journeys are important to us and that’s why our staff are working around the clock to ensure you receive your products as soon as possible. Please allow at least 1-2 business days for us to dispatch your order. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email you with your delivery details and tracking number. From there, you can track your delivery by clicking here. All of our deliveries are delivered via safe drop. This means that where possible, it will be left in a safe place at your property.

 

DELIVERY COSTS

As a gift to all our beautiful guests we offer FREE Standard shipping for all orders over $50, otherwise our shipping costs are as followed:

HANDLING

All orders are dispatched from our Sydney depot. Delivery times are only approximate and may be delayed due to circumstances that are out of our control. We use the Australia Post Network for shipping. If you experience any issues with your delivery please call Australia Post or alternatively contact us via email or phone and we will endeavor to provide as much assistance as we can.
